Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of this store and any orders you place with Davi. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Orders and acceptance

An order submitted through this store is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an accepted order if we are unable to fulfill it, in which case we will issue a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Online prepayment is required for all orders placed through this store. Payment must be completed and verified before production begins. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) through the public store. Prices include the cost of production and do not include shipping, which is computed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Made-to-order nature

All cards are personalized and produced specifically for your order. Because each item is custom-made based on the design, text, and images you provide, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. Please review your design carefully before placing your order.

Intellectual property and your uploaded content

You retain ownership of any images or content you upload. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to reproduce that content solely for the purpose of producing your order. We do not use your uploaded content for any other purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Davi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this store or from any order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or from an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
