Made-to-order items
All cards are personalized and produced specifically for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. Once production has begun we cannot reverse or modify a confirmed order. Please review your design, spelling, and layout carefully before placing your order.
Problems with your order
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or is significantly different from what you ordered, we will make it right. To report a problem, visit your order page (use Find my order if you need the link) and tap Report a problem, or contact us at orders@davi.social. Please include photos of the issue.
How refunds or replacements are handled
After we review your report we will offer one of the following, depending on the nature of the issue: a free reprint and re-delivery, a store credit, or a full or partial refund to your original payment method. We aim to resolve all reported issues fairly and promptly.
Timeframes
Please report any problem within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds, once approved, are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
