Where we ship
We currently ship within the Philippines only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing time
All cards are made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 business days after payment is verified. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Complex or bulk orders may require additional production time; we will notify you if this applies to your order.
Couriers and estimated delivery
We ship via reputable couriers serving your area. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 2–7 business days depending on your location. Metro Manila typically receives orders faster than provincial addresses. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping fees
Shipping is computed at checkout based on your delivery address. The fee is shown before you confirm and pay for your order. We do not charge hidden handling fees.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided in your order page and by email. You can use this number on the courier's website to monitor your shipment.
Undeliverable orders and wrong address
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply. Please double-check your address carefully before placing an order.
